Physical Description: She is fairly unremarkable for a Blood Elf. Her white-blond hair is kept short and out of the way. It frames her face that seems dominated by her glowing green eyes common to her kin. Her nose appears that it may have been broken a few times in the past and some small scars dot her visible flesh. Normally, she is cloaked in dark leathers and moves quietly down the wide streets of Silvermoon city, when she's seen at all.

Known personality: Kallise is rather aloof to those she feels are below her (the lazy, needy, and weak) and at times is short with those that are her equals. She blames herself for her father’s death and the loss of the counting house and is working hard to make things right. She does not have time for those that get in her way.

Short Bio: Only surviving daughter of a merchant family allied to House Suncrown. She has endured many hardships, but is well traveled and seeks to rebuild her family’s wealth and that of the Suncrown. She at one time worked as a higher ranking member of the Fel'Solan (and later Zaram'dal). Kallise has recently recovered her family's wealth and is rebuilding her House and home.

Background: Born into the Ætherforge home built within the counting house/compound that served the Suncrown’s mercantile needs, one would think that Kallise would grow up a rather spoiled child with every need taken care of by her well to do father, but this was not the case. She was drilled ritualistically in self-sufficiency. When other children of the city were playing, she was receiving lessons in trade policies and negotiating tactics. Some would whisper that these tactics required steel, but none could argue with the results.

For Kallise, this was a normal childhood. It made her proud that she was better, smarter, more ready for the world that the children that had to work the fields or even worse, got play games and lay about all day in the homes of their wealthy parents. This pride is still with her to this day.

Before she had quite reached adulthood, her father began sending her out to various holdings around Azeroth to learn more from their leaders. When the Scourge invasion occurred, she was safe and well cared for in the southern port of Booty Bay. It was only when she returned home on a Goblin freighter that she found out her homeland had become a graveyard.

She raced home as fast as her legs would carry her only to find the counting house a smoldering ruin. Its vaults were ripped open and looted. The worst was yet to come when she found the remains of her father decayed and half eaten. She could not find any other members of her family, but holds out hope that they fled to somewhere safe. Secretly she fears that she will find a familiar face among the undead hordes that wander the Eastern Kingdoms.

With her family gone, the last scion of Ætherforge’s loyalty to the Suncrown family has grown even stronger as she works to relocate the riches that were plundered from the vaults.

Relationships:

Horde Races: Kallise is a nominal member of the Horde. Family first, Faction second.

Orcs: Kallise has no great love for the Orcs, but she sees that they are currently a useful and necessary evil...and her family is good at dealing with such things. Strange though, the orcs seem to like her.

Trolls: A pest and a nuisance to be wiped out. They've ruined trading networks and raided counting houses. If the ones that are allied to the Horde want to be civilized, then they can do so on their little islands in Durotar.

Tauren: "No, you can't ask me what my cloak is made out of!" Tauren make for interesting trading partners as they are skilled leather workers and herbalists, but fail to see the merit of building an industrial labor force.

Foresaken: She honestly dislikes undead in all forms. For her Forsaken and Scourge are just semantic differences. She fears that her lost family members are among their number and that she may one day fall to their ranks.

Alliance Races: Kallise finds it sad that Prince Kael'thas decided to side with the Horde as this meant losing many key trading partners and being 'forced' to hate many good humans and dwarves she had met early in her life.

Humans: Short lived, but they have their uses. For now she watches to see what their response to her presence is.

Dwarves: Hardier than the other of the Alliance races. She sees their industrious nature as a good thing and is saddened by her lost contacts.

Gnomes: Tiny, squishy dwarves that don't know when to quit. They must be watched very cautiously as their insanity is allegedly contagious.

Night Elves: Saved the world? No, just got lucky....Maybe the energy from that large tree can be tapped for something useful...

Draenei: "...Face...tentacles? I ate something with those once at a Venture Company social and the results were....unpleasant to say the least."

Neutral Races: Kallise has had many dealings with the neutral races of Azeroth. Some good, some bad.

Goblins: As crazy as Gnomes and will cheat you in a second. Great trading partners.

Murlocs: Carnivorous walking fish? Eww.

Naga: It's sad to think of what can happen to some if they let their desires overtake them. Those scales are pretty though...

Warlock "Pets": While she respects the power it takes to control such demons, Kallise doesn't trust pet demons for a second.
