Ensign Aeremar Ironfeather

Short Bio: Aeremar is a sailor by trade, distinguished in various battles on numerous ships. She’s accustomed to living dangerously, and enjoys it that way. A gold-hearted scoundrel.

Physical Description: Aeremar keeps herself groomed in a plebian fashion, short hair, short pants, short temper. She has a couple small tattoos, sailor things chiefly, and values simple, out-of-the-way jewelry. She has a propensity to walk through a place as if she owns it, going hand in hand with her loud speech and boisterous laughing regardless of company or situation.
Personality: Aeremar comes from a long naval tradition, a noble pursuit among elves, and it colors her everyday mannerisms. She is quick to trust and likes to help her compatriots, a civil necessity when on a ship with the same people for months at a time. She views her masculine given name as more a blessing than a curse, as it makes men more comfortable around her.

Character History: Of very low birth, a career as a sailor seemed to be the best choice for Aeremar from the very beginning. Aeremar was out to sea when the sack of Quel’thalas and the corruption of the Sunwell occurred. The overwhelming addiction for magic struck and her ship was forced to avert course back to Silvermoon. Amidst the confusion and devastation, Aeremar was pressganged onto a warship bound for alliance shores before she had even known that the newly named Sin’dorei had allied themselves with the horde. She became acclimated, even comfortable with warfare and had become an accomplished midshipman by the time she sailed with the Sunreavers to fight the Kvaldir north of Icecrown. With the recent cataclysm, Aeremar has chosen land life for a time, as the seas have become even less hospitable. She has joined the Zaram’dal because she wishes to distinguish herself in a small, but elite fighting corps.

Opinion on the Horde Races:
Amateurs, brutes, and barbarians and it’s a miracle they’ve made it as far as they have. They can’t build a decent building, they can’t farm, and I’d be surprised to learn that even half of them can read. Heart though, they’ve got heart.
