Suncrown

Petitioner:
* After putting in your application with Suncrown and passing our age, sanity, and compatibility check, an applicant will be /ginvited to the rank of Petitioner.
* A Petitioner has no access to the goods within the Guild Bank, but is welcome to make donations as he or she chooses.
* A Petitioner will be given access to the SuncrownOOC channel in-game, so as to better acquaint his or her self with the guild.
* A Petitioner will be given access to Suncrown's Ventrillo Server, so as to better acquaint his or her self with the guild.
* A Petitioner will be given access to the Suncrown Guildsite and Forums, though at a particular permissions level.
* A Petitioner has 30 days from the date of their /gininvite to create a Character Biography that weaves the character into Suncrown's Over-Arching Plotlines. Should this goal be met, at the completion of the Petitioner's 30 day Introductory period the rank of "Member" will be granted. Should the Petitioner fail to meet this goal, the Petitioner will be subject to a /gkick from one of Suncrown's Officers.
* Should a Petitioner become inactive in the guild for a total of 15 consecutive days, the Petitioner will be subject to a /gkick from one of Suncrown's Officers.

Member:
* After successfully creating and posting a Character Biography that weaves a character into Suncrown's Over-Arcing Plotlines and completing a 30 day introductory period, the rank of "Member" will be granted.
* A Member has full access to the Guild Bank, with the exception of the "Valuables" tab. Valuables may be requested from any of Suncrown's Officers. Donations to the Guild Bank are encouraged in the spirit of Republican Charity, but not mandatory.
* A Member will maintain his or her ability to participate in the SuncrownOOC channel.
* A Member will maintain his or her ability to participate in Suncrown's Ventrillo Server.
* A Member will maintain access to the Suncrown Guildsite and Forums, though at a full permissions level.
* A Member may incorporate two (2) "Alt" characters into Suncrown. These characters must have Character Biographies that weave into Suncrown's Over-Arcing Plotlines. The Guildmaster, any Officer, or any member of On Plot may be contacted to facilitate the incorporation of an Alt.
* Should a Member become inactive in the guild for a total of 30 consecutive days, the Member's rank will be changed to "Free Parking" by one of Suncrown's Officers.

Veteran:
* Active guild participation for at least three months.
A Veteran has full access to the Guild Bank, with the exception of the "Valuables" tab. Valuables may be requested from any of Suncrown's Officers. Donations to the Guild Bank are encouraged in the spirit of Republican Charity, but not mandatory.
* A Veteran will maintain his or her ability to participate in the SuncrownOOC channel.
* A Veteran will maintain his or her ability to participate in Suncrown's Ventrillo Server.
* A Veteran will maintain access to the Suncrown Guildsite and Forums, though at a full permissions level.
* A Veteran will be given their access to Suncrown's Gmail domain with his or her own "@housesuncrown.net" email address.
* A Veteran may incorporate one (1) additional "Alt" character into Suncrown. This character must have a Character Biography that weaves into Suncrown's Over-Arcing Plotlines. The Guildmaster, any Officer, or any member of On Plot may be contacted to facilitate the incorporation of an Alt.
* Should a Veteran become inactive in the guild for a total of 45 consecutive days, the Veteran's rank will be changed to "Free Parking" by one of Suncrown's Officers.

On Plot:
* Any player ranked as a Veteran within Suncrown may express interest in or be approached about becoming a member of On Plot.
* A member of On Plot is responsible for Suncrown's Over-Arcing Plotlines, maintaining and developing Guild Canon and Guild Lore, and for the overall "RP Health" of the guild.
* A member of On Plot has full access to the Guild Bank, with the exception of the "Valuables" tab. Valuables may be requested from any of Suncrown's Officers. Donations to the Guild Bank are encouraged in the spirit of Republican Charity, but not mandatory.
* A member of On Plot will maintain his or her ability to participate in the SuncrownOOC channel.
* A member of On Plot will maintain his or her ability to participate in Suncrown's Ventrillo Server.
* A member of On Plot will maintain access to the Suncrown Guildsite and Forums, with additional access to the "On Plot" forums.
* A member of On Plot will maintain access to Suncrown's Gmail domain, via his or her "@housesuncrown.net" email address.
* Should a member of On Plot become inactive in the guild for a total of 45 consecutive days, the member of On Plot's rank will be changed to "Free Parking" by one of Suncrown's Officers.

Officer:
* Any player ranked as a Veteran within Suncrown may express interest in or be approached about becoming an Officer.
* An Officer must demonstrate an active dedication to the guild, a level head for decision making, temperance, accountability, and a certain level of compassion for other members of the Guild.
* An Officer may be given duties specific to the individual, such as purveyance of PVE, PVP, RP, Recruitment, Web Development, or Special Projects.
* An Officer has full access to the Guild Bank, and may be called upon to withdraw goods from the "Valuables" tab in order to distribute them to a Guildmate.
* An Officer will maintain his or her ability to participate in the SuncrownOOC channel.
* An Officer will maintain his or her ability to participate in Suncrown's Ventrillo Server.
* An Officer will maintain access to the Suncrown Guildsite and Forums, with complete access to all Forums.
* An Officer will maintain access to Suncrown's Gmail domain, via his or her "@housesuncrown.net" email address and be given Administrator rights to said domain.
* Should an Officer become inactive in the guild for a total of 45 consecutive days, the Officer's rank will be changed to "Free Parking" by one of Suncrown's Officers.

Guildmaster:
* Any player ranked as an Officer within Suncrown may challenge the present Guildmaster to an epic battle to the death in order to gain the Guildmastership. The winner of this epic battle to the death must consume the heart of the fallen foe.
* The Guildmaster must demonstrate an active dedication to the guild, a level head for decision making, temperance, accountability, and a certain level of compassion for other members of the Guild.
* The Guildmaster is responsible for the overall health and morale of the guild.
* The Guildmaster is ultimately responsible for any and all assets of the guild that require financial maintenance. This includes, but is not limited to, Suncrown's Ventrillo Server, Suncrown's account with MMO Guildsites, and Suncrown's account with DreamHost.
* The Guildmaster has full access to the Guild Bank, and may be called upon to withdraw goods from the "Valuables" tab in order to distribute them to a Guildmate.
* The Guildmaster will maintain his or her ability to participate in the SuncrownOOC channel.
* The Guildmaster will maintain his or her ability to participate in Suncrown's Ventrillo Server.
