Suncrown

Overview
The Guild Master (GM) shows the most dedication to the guild and holds the final say. The GM oversees all aspects of the guild and has administrative control over all the guild's operations, including giving ranks, privileges, assigning tasks, adding/removing guild members, etc.

Expectations:
-> Manages the Guild on a day-to-day basis;
-> Remain objective in conflicts, but ultimately sides for the greater good of the Guild;
-> Give Directions as needed & Assigns task accordingly;
-> Responsible for the site and ventrilo fees;
-> Interview & Evaluation applicants before assigning them to an Incoporator;
-> Adhere to Officer expectations.

This rank grants the Super Admin (Officers and GM) Role.

Overview
The role of the officer position is crucial one as they are the backbone and support system for the GM and the guild. They are the guild's executive committee as they assist with decisions and the day-to-day management of the guild. Each Officer is in charge of an aspect of the guild (RP, PVP,PVE,Lore, etc.).

Expectations:
-> Attend semi-regular meetings via Vent. or in the game;
-> Be willing to take on extra responsibilities/projects when needed;
-> Manages there assigned department;
-> Address player concerns;
-> Play with a certain amount of regularity;
-> Adhere to Suncrown veteran duties.

This rank grants the Super Admin (Officers and GM) Role.

Overview
These are guild members that have been promoted when they volunteer to take on certain projects within the guild (see On Plot under the Member Info tab). They will stay members of the On Plot so long as they are working on at least one special project. If a member of the On Plot has had enough or fails to maintain their project, their status will revert to what it previously was (with consideration for the time played).

Expectations:
-> Manage every aspect of your project;
-> Report to Officer on progress or actionable items
-> Adhere to Suncrown veteran duties.

This rank grants the Special Order (Class Leaders/Other special roles) Role.

Overview
Veteran's are guild members that have been with the guild for an extended period of time and have proven themselves invaluable to the guild.

Expectations:
-> Participate in forum discussions accordingly;
-> Make your opinion known and evaluate Petitioners when needed;
-> Periodically make yourself available to assist new members;
-> Has been a member of the guild for a period of three months;
-> Adhere to Suncrown member duties.

Additional Benefits
-> May choose to incorporate up to three Alts into Suncrown. This would make for a total of four (4) characters bearing a Suncrown guild tag. (All Alts must be incorporated and maintained as your Suncrown Main would be. A Character Template, gone over and discussed with an On Plot member, is required, and the character is subject to Suncrown's inactivity policy.)
-> Access to a Suncrown Gmail account, dubbed Sunmail. You will receive a PM with the details to log in after the account has been created via one of our admins.
-> Access to edit your own character page(s) on the Suncrown Wiki. Your login information will be sent to your Sunmail email after the account has been created via one of our admins.

This rank grants the Trusted User (Petitioners, Members, Veterans) Role.

Overview
A member is a petitioner who has successfully integrated into the guild and continue to actively participate in events and activities both in-game and out of game.

Expectations:
-> Read and adhere to both Blizzard’s EULA and TOU (EULA found here / TOU found here);
-> Read Suncrown’s policies (found here);
-> Follow the character maintenance procedures (Instructions found here);
-> Has been a petitioner for at least a period of one months;
-> Has adhered to Suncrown petitioner duties.

Additional Benefits
-> May choose to incorporate up to two Alts into Suncrown. This would make for a total of three (3) characters bearing a Suncrown guild tag. (All Alts must be incorporated and maintained as your Suncrown Main would be. A Character Template, gone over and discussed with an On Plot member, is required, and the character is subject to Suncrown's inactivity policy.)

Overview
The petitioner is a player that has submitted an application to join the guild and was accepted accordingly.

Expectations:
-> Read and adhere to both Blizzard’s EULA and TOU (EULA found here / TOU found here);
-> Read Suncrown’s policies (found here);
-> Post your Character Template (Instructions found here);
-> Submit your play schedule and any changes thereafter or disruptions (expected time away) in the Scheduling Forum.

Overview
A visitor is a guest to our site who is able to view certain sections and post into certain forums.

Expectations:
-> Be mindful and respectful of others;
-> Adhere to Forums rules;
